- Does Crown Canada / British Columbia Possess The Specific Lekwungen Authority In Writing To Form Court In The City Of Victoria @ 850 Burdett Avenue ?
The Above Question Is Framed Through The Eyes Of A Kwa'mutsun Member Who Is Petitioned By The BC Attorney General To Appear For Jury Duty On July 17th, 2023 In Victoria. Further, This Petitioned Party Is Aware That Canada & British Columbia Do Not Possess Land And Governance Transfer Paramountcy Via A Nation-to-Nation Treaty Of Integrity; Including The Evident ( As Below & UK Parliamentary Records ) That HBC Douglas Created Douglas Treaties Through Fraud; Knowing The The HBC Charter Expired in 1696-7. Such Evident Absence Of Crown Canada Authority Within Lekwungen Territories Is Substantiated By The Sale Of Land By Lekwungen Private Actors To The Province Of BC Where The Legislature Buildings Are Located Today.

I Thank You For Receiving This Petition For Verification Today In The Matter Of Canada, British Columbia Forming Supreme court Of British Columbia, In Victoria On July 17th, 2023.
I Am Prepared To Fulfill My Civic Duties As A Juror On This July 10-Day Civil Case Trial; The Caveat Being, That Head Of State Canada Shall Have Entered Into A Completed Nation-to-Nation Treaty (per UN Terms & Conditions) With Lekwungen Peoples.
To Date : Lekwungen, Canada & British Columbia Do Not Publish The Said Completed Treaty - Noting The Songhees Agreement In Principle 2015 Is Not Posted As Being Ratified, as above, Being Entered Into. And, No Treaty Registration Has Been Posted By Canada At The UN, As Required.
Thus, My Concern Is That The BCSC Trial Of July 17, 2023 Will Be Conducted Contrary To Lekwungen Laws / The UN Charter & Contrary To Canada's Crimes Against Humanity Laws.
I Would Not Desire To Participate In A Contravention Of Domestic Or International Laws.
